Restrictive Covenants are put in place to control what the owner of the land / Lot can do with the property.
                
            - Restrictive Covenants are intended to protect all surrounding property owners and property values as well as maintain the look and feel of the development.
- A copy of the Restrictive Covenants specific to your Lot will be contained within your Sale and Purchase Agreement.

These Covenants relate to land owners responsibilities with regard to:
                
- Buildings, dwellings, carports, canopies, structures, water tanks, fencing, landscaping and retaining walls
- Sideyards and setbacks
- Animals, caravans, motorhomes, boats and trailers
- Graffiti or damage and disfigurement
- General tidiness and maintenance of berms and rain gardens
- Signage
